No! Many of our clients provide entry instructions and enjoy coming home to a freshly cleaned space. If you prefer to be at home, please give our crew members space to work so your appointment runs efficiently and nothing is missed.

Cleaning time varies based on the size of your home, the service selected, and its current condition. We aim for maintenance cleanings to be 4-5 hours and deep cleanings to be 6-8 hours. We’ll give you an estimated time when you book.

Yes—we arrive fully equipped with everything we need! That said, we have clients who prefer specific products, and we are happy to accommodate them if you provide them.

Yes! We prioritize safe, effective products. Our product partners use safe and effective natural ingredients, like thyme oil and citric acid, and they never use chlorine bleach, ammonia, abrasives, phosphates, phthalates, triclosan, parabens, formaldehyde, or quaternary disinfectants.

Yes! We are fully licensed, bonded and insured as a company and every crew member goes through a background check and vetting process before being hired. Your home and peace of mind matter to us.

Yes! Almost all of our crew members love animals and are experienced in cleaning pet-friendly homes. If your pet is hyperactive or becomes agitated around new faces, we ask that they be confined during the appointment. We love knowing their names and what helps calm them down before your cleaning so we are prepared.

We ask for as much advance notice so we can accommodate everyone fairly, but we also know life happens. Within reason, we do not need to collect a cancellation fee and are happy to reschedule. For the rare, habitual, last-minute cancellation client, there will be a retainer fee taken for your appointment.

We do our best to provide consistency whenever possible. If having the same crew member is important to you, we highly suggest scheduling a recurring service, whether weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
