Liability

We do not assume responsibility for any items that are damaged or broken during cleaning. While our team is trained to work diligently and cautiously, clients acknowledge that Noble Mercy Cleaning Co. is not liable for accidental damage that may occur during the normal course of cleaning. Clients are asked to notify Noble Mercy Cleaning Co. of any fragile, broken, or malfunctioning items in the home prior to cleaning appointments.

Cleaning Time Frames

Cleanings will be staffed according to the size of your home.

  • Deep Cleanings are allotted a maximum of 8 hours.

  • Perfect Maintenance Cleanings are allotted 4-6 hours.

Homes requiring more time than the allotted cleaning window may be rescheduled to another day and charged accordingly. Noble Mercy Cleaning Co. will notify you if additional time is required and will give you an estimated cleaning window at the time of booking.

Client Occupancy During Cleanings

For the safety and comfort of our cleaning staff, clients must not be present in the home during scheduled cleaning appointments unless prior arrangements and communication has been made with Noble Mercy Cleaning Co.

Unexpected or inappropriate occupancy during cleaning appointments may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of the cleaning appointment

  • Rescheduling of services

  • The full-service charge for the scheduled appointment

  • Termination of services at the discretion of Noble Mercy Cleaning Co.

Examples of inappropriate or unexpected occupancy may include, but are not limited to:

  • Individuals sleeping in the home who were not disclosed prior to the appointment

  • Intimate or private activity occurring in the home during the cleaning appointment

  • Children who are sick or require supervision remaining in the home during service

  • Guests or additional occupants present in the home without prior notice

  • Situations where cleaning staff feel their safety, privacy, or professionalism is compromised

Noble Mercy Cleaning Co. reserves the right to immediately discontinue services if any environment or behavior is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or unprofessional toward our staff.

Weather Policy

For the safety of our cleaning crew, Noble Mercy Cleaning Co. reserves the right to cancel and reschedule services when inclement weather creates unsafe conditions.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes and pricing are subject to approval by the owners of Noble Mercy Cleaning Co. Quotes are based on square footage, time required, pet presence, dirt code, and overall condition.

Pets

We respect that pets are members of your family. However, pets must be placed in areas that are not being cleaned during the appointment.

We do not pick up or clean:

  • Pet droppings

  • Litter boxes

  • Dog kennels

Carpet Cleaning

Noble Mercy Cleaning Co. is not a carpet cleaning company. We do not remove stains from carpets and do not offer shampooing or steam cleaning services. We only provide vacuuming.

Health & Safety Restrictions

We do not clean or handle the following materials due to health and safety regulations:

  • Mold

  • Bodily fluids

  • Human or animal feces

Service Area

We service the areas of Oldham, Henry, & Jefferson County Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Certain zip code outside of 45 minutes from LaGrange Kentucky may incure a travel fee or service charge.

Organization, Clutter & Personal Items

During our regular Perfect Maintenance Clean, our focus is on cleaning and sanitizing surfaces. To ensure we can clean effectively, we ask that areas be reasonably clear of excessive clutter.

Our team will perform light tidying as needed, such as straightening items on counters, moving small objects to clean surfaces, and loading or rinsing dishes left in the sink. However, we do not provide full organizing services during maintenance cleanings.

For homes that need more detailed organizing or decluttering, this service can be added to a Deep Clean or Custom Cleaning appointment.

While you do not need to clean before we arrive, keeping surfaces and floors accessible as much as possible allows our team to deliver the best results.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment start time may result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled cleaning cost.

24-Hour Service Warranty

If you are dissatisfied with any part of your service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
